We previously had a "Secondary Links" block on the homepage in the upper right frame. We moved these links to the Primary Menu at the top of every page on the site with a Label of "Site Info Links." There are certain items on the referenced page that are the only method of navigating to certain webpages and features. For example, the "Site Info Links" has the only direct access to Image Galleries. We will do this for now until we reorganize the homepage. A new homepage will be forthcoming that has less published material, is cleaner, and is focued on navigation links and high visibility postings.
