Institute of Cultural Affairs -- Mission: "Releasing the capacity for positive, sustainable futures."

I found a reference to the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) in Tom Atlee's "The Tao of Democracy." He tells the story of ICA's community organizing model application in over 30 countries to "...help communities self-organize for 'self sustenance, self-reliance, and self-confidence."  ICA trains community organizers and process facilitators.  Here is a link to their Homepage.  They have an on-line Book Store.
