Peter Block is the author of the book titled " Community: The Structure of Belonging."  I have posted other blog pieces on ideas presented in this book.  It is a wealth of information about new ways of bringing a community together to take on its future.  Much of the material has application in organizational development work generally.  This piece focuses on his ideas about "Invitation."
